Aviva Vilenski

Aviva Vilenski grew up in Chicago. She is married and has six children. Aviva has practiced as a nurse for over 25 years in many different intensive units. 

She made a second career choice of becoming a professional counselor. Aviva offers a holistic mind and body approach to treating trauma and addiction.  She works at Upward, a community Jewish mental health center and at Illinois Healing Trauma and Addiction. She especially enjoys working with the young professional age group and newly married couples.

Core creates warm and inspiring Jewish communities by nourishing and networking frum women. Core offers training, resources and support for women who want to strengthen their communities on an intentional and ongoing basis. It supports ongoing gatherings that help build individuals, families, communities, and the Jewish people.
